The electric control buttons produced by domestic manufacturers are all switch output buttons, that is, only ON-OFF signal output. The analog output button is a button with continuous linear signal output. The main markets where Hall-effect buttons are used are the industrial remote control market and the electric controller market. OEMs mainly rely on imported products. For example, Hall-type buttons of brands such as APEM are the mainstream.
The principle of the Hall type button is to use the Hall effect to convert displacement changes into analog (voltage) changes. The principle is very simple, but due to the small size of the button, strict structural design and process requirements, and high protection level requirements, there has been no corresponding product in China. And this year,CGEC based on the spirit of science and technology, and continuous innovation, through nearly a year of hard exploration, finally developed the first domestic analog output button-PS10.
The appearance and installation dimensions of PS10 are interchangeable with similar foreign products, and the electrical output performance is also consistent with foreign products. In addition, PS10 adopts a brand-new internal structure, and compared with foreign products, many improvements have been made:
1.Use screws to fix the button cap instead of the interference buckle fixation of foreign buttons, and the button cap will not fall off due to pulling during use. The top part is fixed with a rubber plug to meet the waterproof requirements.
2.Use metal to replace the original plastic in structures such as the shell and lining to improve the robustness and antistatic ability of the product.
Technology requirement:
1. The input voltage is 5V, and the output voltage is 0.5~4.5V.
2. Hall type analog button, reset type.
3. The total stroke is 4.0mm±0.3mm.
4. Working temperature -30℃~70℃, storage temperature-
40℃~85℃.
